Mission
After launching their newly redesigned website, Cozad Asset Management sought to extend their refreshed brand identity across key marketing and client-facing materials. The goal was to create a cohesive brand experience across both digital and physical touchpoints—ensuring consistency, clarity, and trust in every interaction.
Contributions
As Lead Designer, having supported the initial development of the brand’s visual identity, I led the design of several supporting print pieces, including a custom envelope, folder, PowerPoint template, and letterhead. Each asset was built with intention: reinforcing the updated brand voice while improving functionality and elevating the overall client experience.
No. 10 Envelope
The envelope needed to strike a balance between function and brand presence. It would be used for account communications, promotional materials, and onboarding kits—making it a critical first point of contact for many clients.
Design Approach
To ensure the piece stood out while aligning with compliance requirements, I conducted a competitive audit of B2C mailers in the financial services space. The final design incorporated:
- A clean front layout with window placement, return address, and tagline
- Backside brand reinforcement with iconography tied to Cozad’s services
- Website URL placement to encourage digital engagement
This piece acts not just as a carrier, but as an extension of the firm’s updated identity, designed to inspire confidence and encourage next steps.
Brand Folder
A branded folder can go a long way in signaling professionalism and building trust. For Cozad, it needed to function both as a portable resource for advisors and a leave-behind piece for clients—whether during onboarding, in-person meetings, or community events.
Design Strategy
The client requested a clean and modern look with emphasis on the logo. I developed two concepts, both featuring:
- Prominent logo placement for immediate recognition
- Consistent use of the brand tagline to unify with other collateral
- Flexible interior space to hold session materials or documentation
The result is a polished, versatile asset that supports both internal and external use cases.
Letterhead
The letterhead serves as a key brand touchpoint—especially in financial services, where clarity and credibility are essential.
I focused on creating a layout that was minimal yet distinctive, with enough visual character to reinforce the new brand direction without compromising readability. It’s a foundational piece designed to bring consistency to everyday communications while subtly reinforcing trust and professionalism.
