LookDeep is an AI-driven telemedicine platform helping hospitals monitor patients in real-time with predictive analytics and seamless integrations. The company approached us with a challenge: the existing website didn’t reflect the innovation behind their technology. They needed a fresh digital experience—one that would resonate with healthcare professionals and drive meaningful engagement.
Process Driven by Impact
-
When LookDeep approached the team, they were looking to elevate their brand and digital presence to match the sophistication of their technology. I joined the project to help bring clarity to the user journey and reimagine the user experience for their core audience—healthcare administrators and nurses.
We began by reviewing an earlier design iteration, which LookDeep felt didn’t align with their mission. Through collaborative meetings, I gathered direct feedback on what resonated—and what didn’t. I assessed the site map and helped evaluate user flows to refine how users explored key product capabilities.
-
Our UX goals were twofold:
Simplify the site architecture so healthcare users could quickly understand and navigate the product’s value.
Drive conversion by making it easier for prospective customers to connect with LookDeep representatives.
These goals shaped the experience across the entire site, from landing page interactions to inquiry form structure.
-
Using stakeholder interviews and internal journey-mapping, I worked to define a smoother narrative across the site. I focused on:
Clarifying decision points throughout the funnel.
Establishing visual hierarchy to aid comprehension.
Recommending modular sections that could accommodate future content like videos, testimonials, and downloadable resources.
This involved working closely with the internal team to refine the sitemap, prioritize user paths, and maintain flexibility for future scalability.
-
Before launch, we conducted a comprehensive QA process to ensure usability across the experience. Internal reviewers helped surface broken links, unclear interactions, and content gaps. Their feedback directly informed the addition of new informational touchpoints, such as embedded videos and flyers—bringing additional depth to the user experience without overwhelming it.
-
In collaboration with the web developer, I translated the designs into a performant WordPress build. I optimized design assets for the web and worked within development constraints to ensure the site was responsive and fast-loading.
Crucially, the website also became a springboard for LookDeep’s visual rebrand:
New color palettes
Gradient treatments
Dual-tone iconography
These design elements have since been adopted across LookDeep’s broader marketing ecosystem—including social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
